Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations that have to exist between you and Jará Martin. The price of the products on this website includes taxes but doesn’t include shipping costs, that will be added to the shopping cart at the end of the purchase process.
The payment methods accepted are:
- Credit card / Debit card
- Bank transfer to Caixa Bank ES98 2100 4380 2502 0024 9458.
* If the payment has not been received within a maximum period of 3 working days, the order will be put back on sale.
If for any reason you need to exchange or return what you have purchased, please contact us at +34 635 963 745.
Except in case of a damaged item Jará Martin does not return the money. If you don’t want to change the size or choose another item, we will issue a voucher, without expiration, for the amount of your return. Vouchers are only redeemable at our online store.
All items are carefully checked before being dispatched and packed in perfect condition. Should your item reach you in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. The returned shipping costs of your damaged items will be reimbursed by Jará Martin.
Goods bought on the website cannot be returned to stockists.
Your items ordered must be returned within 15 days (7 days for items purchased on sale). Items returned after this period will not be accepted. All items must be returned unused with all original tags and packaging. Return charges are to be paid by the customer.
Refusal in order processing
Jará Martin reserves the right to withdraw any product and/or remove any material or content from the website at any time. Exceptional circumstances may occur that require our team to refuse to process any order, even after sending the order confirmation. Jará Martin reserves the right to reject any order processing at any time.
All shipments will be made by national transport companies within Spain, except international deliveries that will be made by national companies within the chosen country. Delivery times for items in stock usually come around to:
Two to five working days for domestic shipments, once payment has been confirmed, and can vary for international orders with an average of ten working days.
The order will be delivered to the address provided by the client in the order processing. For any changes in the delivering address, please notify the information to the following email: email@example.com.
Once the order has been picked up from our storehouse by the carrier, changing the delivering address will not be possible unless the customer compromises to bear the cost and this is expressly agreed between the parties. The merchandise will be delivered to the customer by the transport company, along with a shipping bill with the customer data, the delivering address, order number and number of packages in the concerning order. All our merchandise is covered by insurance against risks of transport, loss and mishandling during the transport.
The delivery of products out of stock may vary depending on the reception date of new units of that product by Jará Martin. In this case, the company cannot assure a fixed delivery deadline.
Free shipping if the purchase exceeds 80 euros only in Spain (peninsula) and Cyprus.
